Extra time is simply billed at your plan's discounted hourly rate and added to your next monthly invoice — no surprises, and we'll always confirm cost with you first for anything beyond routine maintenance.

Yes, including legacy Joomla 3.x sites, though we'll usually recommend an upgrade path if your version is end-of-life and no longer receiving security patches.
